Shipping

Orders are processed and sent out for shipping within 24-72 hours of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email, as well as tracking details, for your delivery once your order has been dispatched.

 

At this time we only ship within Australia. Standard shipping cost is $10. Express shipping cost is $15. Orders over $300 have free shipping, which is applied at checkout.

 

We strongly recommend checking your order details carefully before purchasing. If the details you provided in your order, including the shipping address, are incorrect, FeatherEnd Vintage will not be liable for any refund or replacement. 


In the unlikely case that your package gets lost in transit, FeatherEnd Vintage is not responsible and you must contact AusPost. We will assist you as best we can to come to a resolution if this happens. 

 

Upon arrival of your package, a signature will be required for security reasons. If you are unavailable, your delivery will be held by AusPost for collection at your local post office. If you opt to have no signature required and something happens to your package, FeatherEnd Vintage will not be liable.
