How do you authenticate your items?

All items are carefully curated and sourced from reputable vintage dealers. Although we have complete trust in our sources’ authenticating ability, we also thoroughly inspect each item for unique details (such as label, material, inner tag) before listing it, and will not list any items we can’t authenticate.

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. You can find more information in our Returns and Refunds policy here.

How do I find the right size? 

Because different brands have different sizings, the approximate measurements for each item are provided if you are unsure of your size. Please note some items are not true to size and may fit either smaller or larger than the same size of another brand. Please contact us before purchase if you have any sizing inquiries.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Please review your order details carefully before purchasing. 

Do you ship internationally?

For the moment we only ship within Australia. 

How long does delivery take?

We use Australia Post, so be guided by their timings. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. More information can be found in our Shipping policy here.
